Abstract

In this case, the Spanish Supreme Court ruled on a matter that raises fundamental questions about the automation of administrative decisions and the need to ensure algorithmic transparency when these systems directly affect the social rights of vulnerable groups, declaring the right of access of the Fundación Ciudadana Civio to the source code of the BOSCO computer tool.
