Abstract

This article summarizes the main implications of the Reform Act for the Suppression of Contraband in legal trade of goods, and the new obligations for carriers and autorizated entrepreneurs in Customs. Is also discussed reducing the amount exempted the import of cigarettes from Andorra and Gibraltar as anti-abuse rule.
