About AEDAF

The Spanish Association of Tax Advisors, AEDAF, was created in 1967 by a group of tax advisers with the idea of sharing experiences and joining forces at the beginning of a profession that played and plays such an important role in the development of a modern State.

Currently, AEDAF brings together more than 3,400 professionals, university graduates specialized in tax matters, who dedicate themselves mainly and preferentially to tax advice, either on their own account or for others, and invites any professional of tax advice who wishes to join have a meeting point with other professionals and share knowledge for their best professional practice.

Our mission as an Association is to accompany the associate, offering them the best tools and guaranteeing a training and an information permanent of high-quality and also quick application in their day to day life through publications of interest, training activities and professional meetings, as well as continuous exchange of experiences and information among its members.

We are aware of the need for a fair tax system, and the tax advisor is the fundamental piece between the Tax Administration and the citizens, contributing, in fact, to promote public awareness and fiscal responsibility and collaborating in the fulfilment of the tax obligations of taxpayers. AEDAF actively participates in the improvement of our tax system, collaborating in the preparation and modification of legal texts on tax matters, with its observations and reports being a reference for the Administration.

AEDAF also aims to strengthen and defend the image of the tax advisor and the diffusion of its importance in the Spanish economy and society, and participates in most of the national and international organizations and entities that represent and defend the interests of the profession.
